This information is provided by USPS and excludes weekends and holidays. Domestic First Class mail takes 7-14 business days. Domestic Priority mail takes 3-7 business days International First Class mail packages takes 21-51 business days. First class mail does not come with tracking and cannot be insured. International Priority mail takes 7 to14 business days UPS ships as listed. Yes we ship with USPS to APO, FPO, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam. We will send you a new invoice. Due to problems with delayed mail and theft we only Mail lNSURED EXPRESS orders to Brazil, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Croatia, Serbia and Italy. We will send new invoice with insurance cost.
Signature release: If UPS leaves your package at your door we are not responsible for any theft. We will file a claim for you, but if it is denied there is nothing we can do. For an additional charge of $2.25 we can add signature release. You have to ask for and pay for this option. TRACKING: We confirm orders and post tracking within 24-48 hours of shipping. You will recieve a message regarding the date the label shipped and routed until the item is delivered to your door and scanned by your carrier. Extreme Safety offers the following Returns Policy: We guarantee all of our items to work and be free from manufacturer's defects. Defective items may be returned within 3 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund free of charge. After 3 days, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. At which time a replacement will be sent at our cost or a refund of the purchase price will be given.
Non-defective items may be returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price of the item(s) less shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
